Regulations of Warsaw Footvolley Tournament 2025

I. Competition Organizer
1. The organizer of the tournaments is the Footvolley Poland
2. The event management of the tournament is Footvolley Poland.
3. The Partner of the tournament is Monta Beach Volley Club and Restauracja Na Cyplu

II. Purpose and Destiny
1. The aim of the tournaments is to promote an active lifestyle and footvolley sport.
2. Tournaments are dedicated to footvolley enthusiasts, both amateurs and professionals.

III. Date and Place
1. The tournaments will be held on Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw, Poland.
2. Footvolley tournament schedule:
– 2/08/2024 – Saturday - footvolley qualifiers
– 3/08/2024 – Sunday - footvolley play-offs

IV. Participants
1. Participants can be amateurs and footvolley enthusiasts over 18 years of age.
2. Teams should consist of 2 people.
3. Each participant must be healthy and have no contraindications to participate in sports competitions.
4. Each participant is obliged to sign consent to the processing of personal data (GDPR).

V. Submissions
1. Applications for the tournament are accepted until July 25th, 2025
2. Eligibility to participate depends on the order of applications.

VI. Game System
1. The tournament will be played in a cup system, where the loser is eliminated from the competition and the winner advances to the next round.
2. In case of a larger number of participants, the organizer reserves the right to hold a group phase:
– Teams will be divided into groups, where each team will play round-robin matches.
– The best teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage.
3. Matches in the group phase last until one set is won by 18 points.
4. Matches in the knockout phase last until two sets are won up to 15 points (tie-break up to 15 points in case of a 1:1 draw).
5. The final order in the group is determined by:
– Number of matches won,
– Point difference,

VII. Tournament Rules
1. Tournaments will be played in accordance with the International Footvolley Federation (FIFV) footvolley regulations.
2. The matches will be played on beach pitches prepared at Monta Beach Volley Club
3. Participants must follow the rules of fair play and the organizers' instructions.

VIII. Awards
1. There are prizes for the first three places in each category.

IX. Final Provisions
1. The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule and rules of tournaments in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
2. The organizer is not responsible for injuries to participants.
3. Any disputes will be resolved by the organizer.
